Our family LOVES Him and Everyone there! All 3 of our kids have been going to him for the past 10+ years and have absolutely no concerns and no issues. From Cleanings to Root canals to Fillings to Dental Surgery, where one child was put to sleep at a very young at Children's Hospital under Dr. Nieman's care and we absolutely Love him! We Fully Recommend him and his practice to anyone looking for an amazing and caring (and hilarious) pediatric dentist. My only wish is that he took adult patients because he'd be My dentist!

Poor communication from staff making appts & dental staff, no prescreening done prior to appts for new patients, attempts to discuss poor comm'cation & how they could do better but no one in office wanted to admit they had a problem. No office manager over day2day operations, except Dr.Scott. When I talked w/him about our issue he didn't think his office had a problem & was unwilling to discuss w/me. Told him we would not be returning & he replied "So?!?!?". DO NOT waste your time w/this office
