billing nightmare, dr left during visit
Horrible experience with the office re:billing. The rudest woman. They never got back to me on my xray results. The dr. was in at the start of my cleaning, the came in to say he was leaving - in the middle of my appointment! that he would let me know about the xray results the next day - I never heard back - and then the billing nightmare started.

This dentist needs to retire. He is clumsy, very rough and has anger issues. I went to him for a second opinion. He very roughly felt around the outside of my face checking my lymph nodes. I have had previous cancer, and many checks by oncologists, and no one has ever been so rough to the point of pain before. He suggested a new night guard, and took impressions. I came back a few weeks later for a fitting and the night guard was was so tight it hurt just trying it on. He became very angry at me when I told him it hurt! I have a mouth condition which makes my inside cheeks sensitive, but he was very rough taking the guard out. He tried 3 more times adjusting the guard, and 3 times roughly jamming it in and pulling out of my mouth, not seeming to care that he was hurting me. I cannot understand why he grew so angry and rough. He never apologized for hurting me or his behavior. His receptionist apologized and reimbursed me. Worst dentist I have ever been to. Do not go!

Dr. Morrison has been great, I have been a patient for years, and he has been my favorite (and I dislike dentist visits). Great about “discomfort “ and very fair about price. His entire staff is great too.

I've been a patient for a number of years. Dr. Morrison is very patient with me (I'm not a good patient). Over the years I've had a lot of dental work done by Dr. Morrison. I have no complaints with any of it.

This review is to reply to a one-star review by Emina Mujic. I had this same billing problem a while back and discovered that it was due to a misunderstanding on my part about the so-called dental insurance I had at the time combined with the possible poor performance of a former employee who is no longer with the practice. Since then I have had no problems whatsoever. Dr. Morrison and his staff are competent, the atmosphere is friendly and homey, and rates for services are very reasonable. I highly recommend the practice and; as an aside, I advise anyone thinking of buying insurance, especially online, to make sure it is really insurance and not just a discount plan.

The dental work that I had done with Dr. Morrison is excellent. He is very efficient and results are outstanding. However, be prepared when it comes to billing. I just received a bill for two years worth of visits. All at once. So, each time something needed to be done, I would ask what's my portion to pay. I was told. Then, insurance would send me the check and I would forward it to the office. Never got anything to say what I owed from them. Called few times, would get told let me call insurance and will get back to you. Several weeks, months would go by I would call again, to be told the same thing. Then, for my crown I was told it would be $39. That seemed very little so I asked if she could double check. Didn't hear back, called and she told me the same thing. In the two years, I had 9 visits to the office, not once they told me that I had an outstanding balance, but continued to do work. When I tried to resolve the issue, was basically told if there is an open claim they

I had to have a root canal done - out of network with my previous dentist (Cigna) - very expense estimate. Dr Morrison is in network - much more reasonable (less than half the price). I also had to have some gum lengthing done - minor gum surgery - no problem for this 40 year experienced dentist. Dr M is a very nice guy that has got his act together in his practice. His staff is very friendly and there is usually no waiting in his office - they get you in right away. Dr M is the only dentist who

Dr. Morrison and his staff are extremely friendly and comforting. I took my toddler there for her first Dental visit which she ended up needing some minor fillings. He was very sensitive to her needs and I could see that he was very good with children. I was very impressed with the knowledge and skills of Dr. Morrison. His office is very calming and peaceful. I would absolutely recommend him as a Dentist. His office staff is very professional and worked as a "TEAM". That was also impressive!

  • "I appreciate the personal touch Dr. Morrison presents at each visit. He is very down to earth and has a way of describing what he is about to do that puts the procedure in perspective for me and I am more at ease. I am very touchy about dentists and after a facial accident 8 years ago, I am very sensitive in the jaw and left eye area. The Dr. seems to have no trouble working in that area. There are only a few doctors in our area that take my insurance....I have tried a major network office that supports my insurance, but seriously, the staff seemed to be all interns, appointments were always at least a 1/2 hour wait, the fees were extremely high and they presented doing a lot of work immediately and the staff seemed more interested in setting you up with costly payment plans for a tremendous amount of work to be done right from the start. Dr. Morrison takes the most serious issue, addresses the problem and doesn't jump into another procedure set up until an issue is completely cleared up. I have had crown work done, a bridge, fillings and deep cleanings and he always made sure to tell me that he would be available if I had any issues even on his days off, providing me with a personal phone number if I had any problem. I work in a small office and 3 out of the 4 of my co-workers are under Dr. M's care. So glad our office tried his services....we have been with him for 4 years now."

  • "Everyone in the practice is friendly and helpful. Dr. Morrison brings painless dental service to those of us who were traumatized as children by dental visits! Always a smile and a pleasant chat!"

  • "My wife and I have used Doctor Morrison's services for ten or more years and have always gotten excellent service. We would recommend his service to anyone. He goes out of his way to accommodate everyone."

  • "Very friendly office staff. Very efficient . Office clean. Provides good & thorough service ! Thanks"

  • "Very nice to be able to contact you via email.......We are very pleased with the services offered at Dr. Morrison's office. We have been remitting Dr. Morrison's name to numerous friends in the past few days. (School teacher, nurse, chief of police, and health care providers). Thank you for taking care of both Al and myself...."
