Least principled practitioner imaginable
Insurance worker was 5 star, but practice manager needs to be restricted from medical, dental and any profession involving living beings for life. ICE aught to roll through there. They import dentists from 3rd world countries and the ancillary staff look act like parolees. Though the front desk were excellent.

Should be sued.
I had 7 teeth extracted on 4/21 at 3pm. It is still bleeding badly on the one side as of 4/23 at 8am. It’s still oozing as of today 4/27. I called the Binghamton office twice Friday 4/22, both times I was told I would be called back, and I never received a call. I call Saturday (4/23) and finally got a call, the lady was supposed to call me Monday or Tuesday “to check on me”, never got called. Today 4/27 they refuse to refill my pain meds regardless I’m still in excruciating pain
