Communication with parents was very poor. My grandson had extensive dental work and they called into the office concerned and was blown off several times. Finally, I called to tell them that he was bleeding so much from his teeth that he had vomited blood through the day (that he had swallowed ) and woke up coughing blood at night from his gums bleeding so badly. I was told by Dr. Price “that is a result of poor hygiene since surgery not because of the surgery“ . When I told him that we were brushing his teeth twice a day as we were instructed, and inquired if there was going to be a follow up before the six month cleaning, he said that is not necessary that everything we were experiencing is normal. My grandson still cannot eat solid food 7 days later and has lost weight. I was told to brush his teeth and give him pedialyte?!?! My grandson will end up at Children’s Hospital ER if this nightmare continues. We will never step foot in this office again.

Some of the staff is pleasant, but some are not. One hygienist is very rough with the kids, but most of the others are patient and compassionate. Dr. Price is probably the rudest one in there. Due to COVID, they actually asked me to stay in my car and send my kids in alone. Really? I would like to think that I’m not the only parent who has questions about their child’s healthcare and wants to make sure their kids are safe. What if the child needs work done? Are they just going to tell my child to give me a message? Also, the office is rundown and outdated. The play room is disgusting with hardly anything for kids to do. It’s always a mess and everything is grimy and broken. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a practice that has more realistic standards when it comes to caring for our children.

My 8yr old son needed a crown, we were told by Dr Mindi that it was a tooth that came out around age 12 so we paid to have it done. At the next appt I brought up a concern that the tooth had turned black. She said it needed to come out because a new tooth was ready to come in. When I questioned her she said it wasn’t a 12yr tooth and I was mistaken. The dental staff was friendly, but after lost trust, multiple issues with billing, trying to set appts and always receiving vm, it’s time to move on

By far the best dental experience I've ever had. The entire staff is so friendly, upbeat and sociable! We have seen a couple of dentists there and each one has been awesome. All of the dental assistants, X-ray techs and even front desk staff are seriously the best I've ever encountered. My 4 kids all had appts this week ranging from age 2 to age 14 and I'm just so impressed with the service we receive. Never a long wait and all of my kids LOVE the dentist now! Thank you!

Have always had a great experience here. The staff are friendly and caring. Dr. Price, Dr. Neet, and all their staff are amazing. We had a wonderful experience with Marquitta, the hygienist who cleaned my kiddos teeth. The first couple of visits my daughter cried, which is normal for a young kid. (We started coming at age 1.) They know what they're talking about when they say to start them young! My two year old was completely comfortable and allowed them to clean her teeth with little fear!

Holding my two year old down while he cries so you can brush his teeth was not what I expected for a first dentist report. If you want a normal healthy child to have a positive experience, don't go here!
