Unprofessional Behavior
I have been a faithful customer to this dentist office since the late 1990's when Dwight McLaurin was in charge. November 2023 I had a crown seated. From the onset there were issue with numbing the are for the procedure to the ill-fitted crown placed in my mouth. There is a sizeable gap in myperfectly aligned teeth. No matter how many subsequent visits I scheduled to see the next steps to fix my crown, I was rebuffed and finally sent to another dentist for a second opinion. On the day of my scheduled appointment, I was informed by the office manager, I did not have an appointment and I should have received correspondence in the mail. Seeing I was unaware of the situation, I was informed I had been discharged as a patient. Despite any pleas from me, he refused to let me seen at his practice and subsequently to refill my preventive meds for dental procedures, stating my behavior had been 'kooky' lately.
