Disappointed
Went there years and trusted completely. Recently had a family member need a crown, another needed a filling. Had to go to a different provider due to insurance changes. New provider x-rayed both and neither needed crown nor filling. Could be a difference of opinion, but after several requests couldn't get dental records sent to new provider. Really like the staff and I hope it's not true, but it seems like there could possibly be some discrepancies with adding some unneeded services.

Best service and dental care in Columbus
Had to have a tooth pulled. Dr. Swords' skill and experience made the whole procedure painless. I have been going to Dr. Swords for many years and he does painless work, regardless of the procedure performed.

I hate going to the dentist, I hear I’m not the only one! I’ve had so much dental work over my life that I’m always a nervous wreck. Dr Swords keeps me completely sane. His entire staff is the best I’ve ever been to. They make you feel like you are special even though I’m an LSU fan! You will love the service they provide.

Dr Swords and his staff is the absolute best!!! I have never been big on dentist! I can honestly say that after my first visit I love going to dr Swords! Chris always remembers you! You are not treated like just a number! They are understanding and very kind!! I’ve had 2 root canals never felt any pain!! All I can say is if you aren’t going to dr Swords you are missing out!!!he is totally a feel no pain dentist!
