Dr. Russel Elhamarnah, DMD

Among other problems, Dr Hamarnah left me with an oversized crown which sticks into my tongue and is very annoying. This dentist refused to fix problems, told me the crown was "not bad enough to send back, and threw unprofessional, immature, demeaning comments at me. He made a "promise" of "Beverly Hills quality" work but did not deliver that. Afterwards, my company mediated and told me the dental office would address the problems but I got a bad attitude from Fifi when I booked the appointment so I cancelled it as trust has been damaged. Fifi is not the patient advocate she claims to be. My bill was almost $11,000, and it was not worth spending money there. Many other similar one star reviews about this office's staff and dentist and be found online.

I have never been so happy with my smile. I absolutely adore my dentist and his staff! I have recommended him to my entire family. If you want the best Results, and a confident, knowledge Dentist, winter haven dental is as GOOD as it gets ?? I LOVE these people!!!!!! #stillsmiling ??

Very modern and advanced. Cleaned and skilled team. Exactly what you want in a dentist, no excessive "preventative" care suggestive upselling like so many others. Will be back.

If I could give this doctor no stars, I would. My 93-year-old mother went in to have a tooth extracted today. She and her caregiver had researched a dentist who would just pull a tooth. He pressured her to get an implant. She told him no and that she was 93 and her teeth were in bad shape and she did not want or need to spend any more money than she needed to and that she had been quoted a price of just over $300 to have the tooth extracted. He did a bone graft and pulled the tooth and charged her $699. In my opinion, this is unethical and taking advantage of an elderly woman who is on a fixed income and with no dental insurance. Shame on you Dr. Russell.

This Dental office is absolutely the best my husband and I have ever been to. They helped us in an urgent need and Dr. Russell El Hamarnah made my husband feel comfortable in every way. He explained everything step by step. His main priority is to make people feel comfortable and unafraid. They are very friendly and when it came down to the cost, they were reasonable and work with us in everyway possible. I would absolutely recommend this dental office.

I have recommended Dr. Elhamarnah to others already. I am a Medical Professional and have been to several Dentists over the years. He is always kind, courteous and professional. In comparison to all the things I've had done to my teeth from braces to wisdom teeth removal to crowns and fillings he is by far my favorite Dentist!
