Terrible billing department and rude dentist
The billing department does not know what they are doing; if in fact there is a billing department. they don't seem to know if my primary medical insurance denys the claim they have to send the claim to my dental insurance with the reason the primary denied it. When I call the billing office never answers but sends you to voice mail which they never answer. I don't know how they stay in business. The dentist is very arrogant and rude. He talks to people about non dental issues while patients wait. I'm looking for a new dentist...

Be prepared... if you schedule an appointment six months in advance, the office may call you days before your appointment to advise that THEY need to reschedule you for a time that is inconvenient for you (because I'm sorry, I work a full-time job and schedule appointments based on my job and childcare). And to add insult to injury, the date they offer for rescheduling is TWO MONTHS out. There is no reason I should have to wait two months to be seen because the appointment that you make six months in advance is no longer an option for the office. It would be understandable if I wasn't available and requested the reschedule, but unacceptable and terrible customer service for the office after I've set aside time for an appointment as an established patient. In addition, the tone of the person performing the reschedule was very curt. In other words, you're out of luck because WE can no longer accommodate your appointment. While I enjoyed the dental hygienist and thought that she was courteous and friendly, the bedside manners of Thomas Fellner is less than desirable. He is unpleasant, abrupt, curt, and impolite. I do not care to know about your personal life or the hygienist's personal life. He talks over you and holds personal conversations over the walls. After discussing my experience with other acquaintances, I learned that they as well have had similar experiences with Thomas Fellner over the years. Again, I continued to go to this office simply because the hygienist exceeded my expectations. I continued to go to this office for the gentle hygienist, but the scheduling nightmare was the final straw. I contacted another office the same day and they not only were able to accommodate the same appointment time that this office canceled (therefore I didn't have to rearrange my schedule and was able to be seen as planned), but this new office exceeded my expectations in not only customer service but provided, prompt service, attention to detail, and worked within my timeline. Needless to say, I would not recommend ( I have already told friends and family) this office to anyone.

Terrible billing Department
I had an X/ray of a tooth and evidently according to my United Healthcare insurance representative it was coded wrong by the office. I ended up paying for it. I called my insurance company and they called the office while I was on the phone and told them they used the wrong code and they need to use the correct code and then they will be paid and I would be refunded the payment I made but shouldn’t have paid. It is December and the service was in April. Either their billing department is ignorant (per United Healthcare) or they have decided that they are just going to ignore the request from my insurance because they have been paid by me and don’t need to be paid again and refuse to do it correctly. By the way when United Healthcare called the office the girl that answered the phone would not even give her name to her.

Very Helpful
I came to the office as a patient not of record and they fit me in same day due to severe tooth pain caused by an abscess. Dr Fellner explained everything well and started the needed procedure same-day that alleviated over 90 percent of the pain. I am very grateful to Dr Fellner and his staff for the prompt service and attention to my needs.

Dr.Fellner was caring, curtious and used a professional manner whenn explaining the options. The procedure was fast and painless as could be. All of the staff, from the front desk to the dental assistant were all friendly and caring. The dental hygienist was proficient and gentle. Had a chipped tooth and have not been to a dentist for about 15 years. Dr. Fellner was in my dental plan so I thought I would give him a try since my mouth was in pain. He was friendly and explained what was going on inside my mouth and took care of the problem. I am now going to make him my primary dentist.

Excellent Experience! Best CROWN I have ever had done. I have multiple crowns BTW. Staff is super nice! The wait times were long but he had dental emergencies before each of my appointments. Good to know that he will fit in emergency patients. Kept informed by the front desk.

Dr. Fellner is an excellent dentist. He is a caring doctor who listens to his patients and advises them on the best treatment that he can offer. I feel he is knowledgeable about the latest technology and gives his patients his years of experience to better serve them. His office staff is to be commended, too. They are very friendly and work with patients when an emergency comes up by working them in to see the dentist. I would definitely recommend Dr. Fellner.
