The reason for the one star is an hour wait while others who came in after me went in and came out. When I asked why I was told these were for cleanings. So for an hour the dentist worked on whoever was already there. I was called back to wait a little longer. There were not that many folks there. I heard laughter while I waited. I felt like my time was not valuable to them while I had just read that for a missed appointment there was a charge of $50. I ended up walking out.
