Dr Garrison is wonderful.
His staff are the kindest and most efficient people I know.
Dr Garrison actually listens to my concerns and helps me decide which are the best treatments for my teeth to restore my health.
I was there for a root canal today, and it went very well.
Each time I’ve gone there I am met with a smile, and asked how I’m feeling.
I would recommend this practice to anyone who wants the best dental care in Columbus

I called the office to check their availaibility. The receptionist was friendly, and it looked like they could get me in sooner than I thought. Before booking my appointment, I decided to stop by the practice to see if it was tech advanced . When I walked in, the ladies at the front desk turned really cold. When I asked to set up an appointment, they claimed that their first opening would be in 3 weeks, and they made no efforts to accommodate my schedule...Worst customer service I've experienced

I had to question as to why I got in immediately. Should have followed my intuition. Dr Garrison sees how quickly he can accomplish his goal. Not only did he inadvertently rough up one of my teeth with his grinding bit, he also without asking ground on one gold crown. Sent me out of there with an unfilled inclusion which broke and caused me to loose the tooth days later. This man should not be practicing. Possibly if I had a horse with bad teeth....then probably not. Never again.
