Dr. Ramon Hernandez, DMD

This doctor really in my opinion couldn't care less how afraid I was or that I have a pathological fear of the dentist. He kept on working without any breaks or stopping even just to ask hey are you okay nothing. He just kept working. His staff on the other hand was very attentive and loving and caring . He could learn so much from his staff. I'm awaiting major heart surgery. I have stenosis of the aorta valve which is why I ended up there because they found that I had an abscess in my mouth. All I wanted was a clearance letter so I could finally have my valve replaced. There was a clearance letter that needed to be signed and filled out by the endodontist. He could care less he checked the wrong box at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon which means that there's no way of getting in contact with this doctor. I will never go back ever and I will never recommend him he is a careless doctor. When I went back in I never even received an apology .

So glad I was referred to Dr. Hernandez. His expertise is obvious.

Developed a painful severe infection the next day after a root canal performed by Dr Hernandez. I was calling telling them about my pain and swelling and emailing photos of my swollen face. I couldn't get in for 2 days and waited in the front for over an hour till all the others patients left. Staff was chatting and laughing while I sat in pain. Staff is rude and uncaring. Doctor finally prescribed me antibiotics but it was too late. I ended up in the hospital for 2 days on IV antibiotics and st

I can honestly say he is the kindest, most skilled doctor/dentist I have ever had. He performed a root canal on one of my molars (#18) and let me tell you, I was terrified! But it was so comfortable that I have had cleanings that were more painful. I am just so grateful that even though I never write reviews online, the first thing I am doing after taking a nap at home is writing this review. I highly recommend this doctor and this office.
