Dr. Lea explained everything about the Root Canal procedure and possible outcomes. Would highly recommend him and his wonderful staff. I had a painless Root Canal!!

Dr Perez was the actually the one at the Richmond Hill office on my appointment day. Everything is modernized and he was great at explains his every move and step in the procedure, he treated you like his family. From the check in desk Juan was very personable and polite, then Lay his dental asst was very personable and helpful as well as Stacie met the same expectations when I checked out. You could not ask for a better place to have root canal done.

Dr Michael Ferreira and the entire staff( Stacie, Keely, Danielle) were very professional. I did not have to wait and was greeted with a smile. Excellent care was taken during my procedure. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs. Ron Chaney

Everyone made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I get very anxious in dentists office. Dr. Lea was amazingly compassionate. Listens and gives feedback without being critical. The others who made me feel relaxed and welcomed were JuHa, Stacie and Danielle. I won't go anywhere else. Wish he could do all my teeth work.

Staff worked me in on an emergency basis. Had never been a patient there before. Danielle, Doryea, Monique, and the Dr. were awesome. Definitely recommend this great group of people. Thanks for your help!

Dr. Lea did a great job of preparing me for each step of the procedure so I knew what to expect. The process didn't take nearly as long as I had anticipated and the amount of pain & discomfort was minimal. I only needed one round of Ibuprofen afterward.

i appreciated that the Dr. explained everything before he did it. it was all very interesting, and my visit went very well. Bri checked me with no problems and Lay was very helpful in the exam room. Mariana was very good at the check-out. she explained everything about the price of treatment clearly. the whole experience was as good as it could for a root canal to be done to me.

Dr. Lea is an amazing master of his craft. He explained all aspects of the procedure simply and was open to any questions. He was very attentive during the entirety of the procedure and offered a level of service I had yet to experience in dentistry before in 20 years of being an adult. I very much appreciate his efforts today and would recommend him to anyone.The Staff, Mariana, Marlashia, and Bri were also amazing. What a great operation overall.

I have been taken care of by Dr. Christopher Lea and his team several times! I continue to return to them whenever I need their services. This past Wednesday I was back again. I always feel well informed of the procedures. I always feel safe, because I know I am getting excellent treatment and I trust Dr. Lea and his whole team, which this visit include Danielle, who checked me in like a pro and made me feel very welcome and very comfortable. Then Doryea, Dr. Lea’s friendly and knowledgeable assistant, took me back to the treatment room and the xray room, continuing to explain what was being done and why, always with a lovely attitude. Dr. Lea talks me through each procedure, so I know what is going on and Doryea was there the whole time, working right along with Dr. Lea, in a professional and knowledgeable way. After the procedure was complete, Mariana kindly checked me out, while she and Doryea made sure I understood the directions for me to follow once I got home. All is well!!!

The whole staff was amazing from the time I walked in until I walked back out the door after my procedure. Dental assistant Keely was very friendly and reassuring the whole time I was in the chair!

When I arrived for my appointment, at Coastal Endodontics, Ms. Donna, Check-In Patient Care Coordinator welcomed me with a smile and good morning. Ms. Donna helped with answered on my paperwork. Ms. Lex the Dental Assistant greeted me with smile and helped me calm down because I was a little nervous. All my answers about the procedure were explained by Dr Christopher Lea and Ms. Lex. Both made sure I was comfortable and ready for my root canal procedure. Dr Lea has performed a previous root canal and I trust him and his staff to perform the procedure. During the procedure Dr Lea explained all steps he was performing and asked if I was doing okay. This is why I will not go anywhere else for a root canal. After the procedure, check out was easy and Ms. Manana the Check-out Patient Care Coordinator greeted me with a smile and all questions were answered in a professional manner. I highly recommend Dr Lea and his staff for root canal procedures.

I have dental anxiety and my experience today was great from checking in with Mariana, to my treatment with Dr. Lea and Keely from check out with Danielle. Everyone was so nice and the Dr. told me everything he was doing as he did it.

Not only were they gentle and thorough during the cleaning, but they also took the time to explain each step of the process, making me feel at ease throughout the entire procedure.The dentist himself was also outstanding. He was highly knowledgeable, addressing all of my concerns and providing valuable insights into my dental health. He took the time to discuss preventive measures and offered practical tips for maintaining good oral hygiene.The clinic itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, which added to the overall positive experience.
