I went to this dental office to get an exam and cleaning. The dental assistant was very nice. I was then seen by the hygienist. The hygienist did some probing on my teeth and then told me he would be right back. I waited for quite a while. A woman came into the room and asked me if they had told me about my cleaning. I said no. She proceeded to tell me that I needed a special cleaning. She whipped out a brochure (in Spanish) and told me about some payment plan I needed to pay for my cleaning. I have NEVER had to pay extra for a cleaning, because my insurance always covered my services. I was made to feel like I had no other choice but to pay them money I really did not have to spend. I was so shocked that I had to fork over money because they thought I needed Perio cleanings, which I never needed before. I am writing this review, because I want everyone to be aware of their scam charges. Shame on them for making me pay money that wasn't necessary!
