New client. They just want your money. No service.
They wasted two hours of my time taking pictures and did nothing. They wanted money and more than the insurance would pay. They lied to get me to come and for a routine exam and cleaning. They wanted more money above and beyond the insurance. They did absolutely no cleaning because they wanted more money and did not do what they said they would do at 100% coverage. They lied to me and they are deceptive and will waste your time taking a bunch a pictures for nothing.

All about Money
It is less about dental care and more about how much she can make at your expense. I would never recommend Dr. Zara Cook, nor would I ever go back.

Went to Dr. Cook regarding pain at a crown she had put in, was told it was due to still having my wisdom teeth, back again with same problem, quote, no problem found. Felt it was nec. to get second opinion, a quick 3-D scan showed that the tooth under the new crown had died and I had two areas of infection in my jaw. Nec. to remove crown, perform root canal, and replace with another new crown. Any wonder why I would loose faith in Cook Dental? Calls to Cook Dental regarding this very expensive situation were not returned. I, nor my family, would ever go back to Cook Dental. On the bright side, found a dentist that I have complete confidence in and my problem is solved and I'm healthy again.

Staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Cook is great with my young son, he loves going to the dentist! She is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain conditions & options. My husband, son & I have all had dental work done without any complications & with good results.
