The staff was super friendly on intake and questions, I am always greeted in a friendly manner. The hygienist is excellent and very patient. Dr. Kozlow comes in and has a great manner and listens to your concerns. I was a bit nervous after having such painful cleanings and other experiences but they made sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening and why.
