He was kind and I was uneasy at having a tooth pulled. His assistant Priscilla was great also.

I felt that Dr. Mumaiz and team were more focused on getting me to signup for Invisalign for their profit, and not for my own good. I did end up going through with the process, but mainly because my hygienist also recommended it. The invisalign process went well enough, but there was very little time set aside for consultation even though I was paying thousands. The staff working with the InvisAlign also seemed new and untrained, which did not make me feel very confident. The end results were as expected, so I don't regret my decision, but overall I would have hoped for better care.

I have been a patient here for many years. I left feeling angry after my visit. The dental hygienist kept pushing cosmetic services despite me saying that I was not interested repeatedly. I found her to be insensitive towards my feelings and Pat medical history. As I was getting ready to leave the front desk put together pricing for the services I was not interested in. The next day I called to cancel my future appointment and expressed I would no longer be a patient there because I felt profits were put before the patient care and relationship and that I felt the hygienist was insensitive towards me. Annie the receptionist just said sorry about that, Canceled my appointment, and told me to have a good day. My concerns and feelings just didn’t matter, and fell on deaf ears. I am highly disappointed and angry. I will no longer be a patient here.
