Not only did the office staff not tell me that they were out of network with my insurance, they also racked up the bill by performing procedures that were completely unnecessary. They did not inform me that certain procedures would cost me an additional out of pocket charge. I have great insurance and I have NEVER had any out of pocket costs before, nor have I ever maxed out my annual dental coverage. This office DID max it out, and then sent me a bill on top of that. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
