I have been with the Nelson family Orthodontists for 50 years. They are definitely the best! I recommend Dr. Nelson often.

Dr Nelson and the staff were super attentive, kind, and helpful. I get nervous visiting the dentist but everyone was so nice and informative that I had a positive experience and would recommend him to anyone looking for an orthodontist. Dr Nelson went over the plan thoroughly and gave a timeframe and the cost and asked if I had any questions. He’s very knowledgeable and it’s evident that he’s experienced and attentive. Would definitely continue going to him for future treatment.

I'm an older client obtained braces for the 2nd time. 35 years back with my first set. I have had nothing but wonderful care. The assistants are wonderful, the front desk is wonderful.... I'm whole I love these folks. For me it's cosmetic and not once have I felt judged as honestly braces were not very necessary. Yet at my age I take pride in my teeth and mentally it's healthy. I have been there three times. Once for an evaluation and twice for ongoing orthodontic treatment. During each visit everyone at the office has been friendly, professional and efficient. All my questions were answered and all procedures were explained in detail.

I recommend Dr. Nelson very highly. He, and his office staff, give superior orthodontic care. In addition, they are consistently kind and thoughtful, always giving the best support to their patients. Both my son and I received care and we had fabulous results. Thank you!

My son had a very good orthodontic experience at Dr. Nelson’s practice. From braces to retainers took just under 2 years. The staff were very friendly and efficient, and Dr. Nelson was always there to check on my son’s progress and answer questions.

Overall we’ve been happy with Dr Nelson but my son needed to get braces on the bottom of his teeth, which was interrupted by COVID - which was completely understandable. We finally got him in in June & a week later braces were already coming off. I had to call the office 3 times & had left 2 messages requesting a call back before I finally got through (they never called me back). I am trying to be understanding because I know everything is backed up due to COVID19 but for 3 braces to come unglued after 1 week seems like sloppy work (& indeed when I finally got him in it was confirmed that the braces didn’t have any glue under them.) After they had fixed the braces & walked my son out to me, the hygienist explained what had happened & was very apologetic, which of course I appreciated but then ended with “just call us if you need anything!” It’s not her fault the phone isn’t being answered & calls aren’t being returned so I just drove away shaking my head.

Excellent with complex orthodontics! My daughter had very complex orthodontia and Dr Nelson was skilled at creating a well developed plan and executing an excellent result. My 16 year old daughter is so happy with her result! Dr Nelson also has a well developed communication style with kids of all ages. We are fortunate in Seattle to have such a skilled and high level orthodontist!

This is such a well-run office. Everyone is cheerful, efficient and fun. They all bring their A-game and seem to enjoy their job. You can feel it from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. Dr. Nelson does beautiful work-he has straightened the teeth of two of our kids and we would highly recommend them as the best in area.

I like Dr. Nelson and his staff very much: they are wonderful people and very professional. We brought my son to Dr. Nelson for expanders. He and his staff are super nice, were great with my son, and did a beautiful job on his teeth.
