I had Dr. Beecroft for an ER visit, which was my very first ER visit and my very first unfamiliar doctor. Already stressed by what sent me to the ER, I was worried it would only be made much worse by all the unfamiliar people asking me questions and poking me. But Dr. Beecroft was amazing, he genuinely cared about me and listened to everything I had to say, made sure I understood what was going on, and checked up on me often. He made the experience a lot better.
