Exceptional Dentist
Dr Mason and his staff are dedicated, knowledgeable, skilled, kind, and caring professionals that always go above and beyond to provide the best dental care experience throughout the entire office each and every visit. I recommend Dr Mason to everyone, he is truly the most gentle dentist that I have ever experienced. He is so pleasant, puts you at ease with his kind demeanor and friendly smile as he takes the time to thoroughly explain your procedure. Dr Mason and his assistant makes your visit and your comfort their top priority.

Deceptive Practice
Dental Care of Little River came in town with a new practice and they communicated that they were a friendly easy-to-do-business with practice that took every carrier. I transferred by dental care to them and now they have cancelled many carriers of which United Healthcare is one. This is so typical and indicates that they are a dishonest practice. They get you to start with them. You pay for Xrays and the initial cleaning, get all your dental records transferred over from your prior dentist and then they drop the carrier so you have to pay the higher 'Out of Network' fees. I am in the process of notifying Medicare and the State's Attorney General's Office with a deceptive practice complaint.

Dr. Mason has retired from his dental practice and is now teaching at WVU. He has turned over his practice to the capable hands of Dr.s Luke and Tye Bauserman and Dr. Jordan Allen. Patients can expect the same great care as well as expanded services and hours for their convenience.
