This office would not allow me to refuse a level of treatment that my insurance did not cover. They insisted on me accepting a higher level of treatment/cleaning when I scheduled and requested only a standard cleaning. They claimed that "law" required them to do the higher level of treatment, but when I requested a copy of that law it was not provided.

Professional and clean facility.

Finally got an appointment with Dr. Thomas since I was having some pain with gums. Several X-rays were done and Dr. Thomas came in to discuss problems I’m experiencing. Extractions need to be done by oral surgeon. Got a consultation late October with surgeon in my dental network.

I received an appointment as a new patient quickly and was treated well. Even a call back was offered in case someone ahead of me cancelled. It was impressive that it was offered instead of my having to request it. The visit was prompt, courteous and efficient. The only bad news is I had to be referred and that office could not see me for over a month. I requested the call back in case of a cancellation with them.

Dr. Thomas and his front end staff are super.. Tiffany is just a really nice lady and makes you feel comfortable as well as Dr.Thomas does . This dentistry I would highly give them all a 5 Star rating. Hope you all continue to have a great day and a superior year . You all are just so nice. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas and his staff. I moved here from NJ where I had one of the top dentist in the state. I left one dentist in Myrtle Beach and then gave this practice a try. To my delight, Dr. Thomas and his staff meet the same expectations that I experienced in NJ. I haven't had major work done, but the replacement of my crown was a painless and seemless process. Everyone from front desk Felicia to hygienist Jennifer and assistants Taylor and Chelsea treated me with confidence and ease.
