When ai arrived I was told I did not have an appointment even though I had made one and had texts and emails from the practice confirming and reminding me. I was treated rudely by hygienist because she told me she had to “fit me in”. I got a rushed cleaning. I have never been treated so disrespectfully. Very upsetting

Historically a dental chicken. Have used the Sugar land office for several years even though I live at Hwy.6 and Westheimer in Houston. Tina at front desk is always friendly. I started with Dr. Bonin who really put me at ease, but have seen Dr. Kestner and now see Dr. Frost. She is outgoing and friendly. Like the staff that I have seen and have referred many friends and co workers to them as they have many offices all over the Harris, Fort Bend counties area.

I am very disappointed and the made ya smile office in SugarlandTexas.I spent over $15,000 on a new smile with them for years ago this month.they are refusing to honor the five year warranty on my bridge that I just lost because it was not placed on a healthy tooth to begin with.. also refusing to honor the LIFETIME warranty on my lumineers!! All because unforeseen circumstances took me out of State and I was unable to return to THEIR office for cleaning. This did not cause my bridge to fail..
