First experience with a pediatric dental doctor as a parent was the most horrible experience. Care and concern all the way from the staff to the doctor, who is also the owner of the practice, was severely lacking. We were dismissed due to several instances of this office failing to provide us the proper notification and information. Stating in their dismissal that the provided release of records paperwork had the incorrect contact phone number because it was disconnected. To be continued......
