Dr. Sharcola Vaughn, DMD

I am upset/salty that I am unable to return to Dr. Vaughn's office, as she and most of her staff are great! I spoke with a front desk representative about an appointment that I was unable to make because of work. She attempted to help by asking how long would it take for me to get there once I was done with work--I told her. When I was on my way, I was told that I was too late and going forward I could not make any appointments, and would have to be a walk-in. I get it, but I thought that it was unreasonable, especially since I communicated with them every time that I had an issue. Cheyenne (I guess she's the office manager) was very condescending and passive aggressive in her approach to customer service--she did nothing to rectify the situation. This was not her first time. My issue was with Cheyenne--continue to "go off." Her reaction was tasteless and the opposite of Dr. Vaughn. Ultimately, the doctor is the best, she just needs to watch Cheyenne, she's a little slick and nasty.

Dr Vaughn is amazing.I had a filling and never at any time had pain.She and her staff are so kind and thoughtful.Best dentist ever!

Dr. Vaughn is so kind, careful, and knowledgeable! I’m a college student that relocated to the city of Atlanta, but I’ve had terrible dentists in the past. I was afraid to find a new dentist that would be gentle and still get the job done. I’ve gotten a cleaning and multiple fillings from her that were all quick, painless, and seamless! I’m always seen before or either exactly at my appointment time. I definitely recommend her and don’t see myself leaving her care any time soo

Dr Vaughn is awesome! I was fortunate enough to find her just over a year ago and my appts with her so far have all been great, I am extremely nervous when needles are involved and she made the whole process much better and I never felt a thing!

Don’t ever cancel a procedure with them. I took it as a no cancellation fee! I had to cancel a procedure and they kept $1000 out of my deposit saying it was considered lab fees! Which is ok but just can’t believe fitting me is worth $1000. So I feel like I have been robbed and donated $1000 to that business for no reason. But lesson learned to ask the right questions and get all details about possible canceling before giving my money upfront before services.

Dr. Scharcola Vaughn and her staff are "AWESOME" . I had been to so many dentists and not pleased with the outcome. I went to Dental Smiles of Stockbridge. Needless to say, Dr. Vaughn is now my dentist. I found her to be professional, knowledgeable and honest. She and her staff answered all of my many questions. Tish helped me in the processes leading up actually having my teeth extracted and my dentures put in. Cheyenne was also very supportive. I would recommend Dr. Vaughn to everyone
