Not quite sure why Dr. Lewis has a mid-level rating. It took me several years to find a dentist I actually liked. I'm a weenie when it comes to pain, especially in my mouth, Dr. Lewis and her staff acknowledge this and numb me up. Had a procedure done last year and they kept having to stop and numb me some more (I inherited the trait of not staying numb from my mom). My wait time isn't long. Front desk staff are friendly.
