Dr. Donald Liu, DMD

I am a very anxious dental patient but Dr. Liu was wonderful to deal with. He spent time prior to the procedure explaining exactly what he was going to do and what I might feel. During the procedure, he explained the step he was on and kept checking to make sure I was doing okay. I was very pleased at how easy the procedure went and it was painless. His assistant then followed up with me the next day to see if I was in any pain or needed anything further. I am very impressed with this doctor and recommend him especially to patients that are nervous having dental work done. I have to go back for a followup appointment and I know I will be in good, gentle hands.

I had an excellent experience at OE. Dr. Liu and his team were wonderful from start to finish. Dr. Liu explained each step of procedure to me and checked in multiple times during the root canal to make sure I was doing ok. I would recommend him to anyone in the same position.

Frontdesk staff named Sue was very rude, abrupt, unprofessional. This is ongoing issue based in what reviews say: but Dr. Liu is aware, and allows it. She is a reflection of his practice and is horrible. Would never recommend.

Second time having Dr. Liu work on my teeth, and I am extremely satisfied with his work. When I had a badly infected tooth he started working on it right away rather than scheduling an appointment (I was in PAIN), and saved my tooth. Both times worked through crowns and saved them. Thanks Dr. Liu!

I dread going to the dentist due to my sever anxiety and PTSD it made it difficult to get dental work. Well let me just say, I had the Best experience with Dr.Liu, he is very gentle and caring. The doctor and all of the staff was so courteous and friendly and everything was explained to me. I am so impressed with his work. Dr. Liu is absolutely amazing Great chair side manner. If you need to have root canal done I highly recommend Dr. Liu. He is excellent at what he does. I only had to take 2 advils, not much pain or discomfort afterwards.

Recommend everyone to Dr. Liu. My dentist couldn't do my root canal nor could they find me someone who could and I was SO LUCKY to find him. I called & they were able to fit me right in within 1 hour, Dr. Liu is amazing, not an easy root canal because it was in the front but I hardly felt anything at all. Anyone needing service should definitely see Dr. Liu- everyone in his office is so professional, you don't find service like this any longer....he definitely sets the bar for great service!
