On my initial visit, I found the staff to be very pleasant, but the Doctor seem to be annoyed and was very impatient when asking me of my reason for being there. I tried to explain to the best of my ability in a reasonable way. But to no avail and understanding! Instead I was referred to an oral surgeon. I"m sure my insurance will pay heavily for this unsuccessful visit!!! I advise any Doctor to not bring their attitudes to the office when having to care for their patients.

We found Dr. Halligan's name from the providers list of our dental insurance. We went to Dr. Halligan's office to clean our teeth and check two teeth which were giving some pain. Dr. Halligan, her receptionist and hygienists were very knowledgeable, efficient, skillful, polite, professional, thorough, kind and rendered excellent treatment. We were very happy as we were leaving Dr. Halligan's office. Finally, we found a good dentist office that we like in Delaware.
