The office is clean but very shabby. Care is rushed. Services like a cleaning that are supposed to be free on my insurance got extra charges added on. I am new to the area. My Kaiser Dental was excellent in another state, but I had trouble getting someone with good reviews to accept it here. So I didn't respond to those red flags. Then I needed a crown. It was not a good crown. A second opinion that I paid out of pocket for diagnosed, "Lingual margin of crown #24 is not seated on the prep line, and for that reason lingual margin on the tooth #24 is open." I had gone back to her about it before I sought the second opinion. She did not even chart the second complaint or the work she did on it the second time. As a retired nurse, I found this lack of documentation shocking.
