RUN FAR AWAY! If I could give them a negative rating I wouldn't hesitate. I was having pain in my mouth and scheduled as a new patient. At my first appointment, I had X-rays done and based on those images and no other testing 'Dr' Moates said I would need a crown on tooth #3. So I paid in full for the crown and set my 2nd appointment. At my next appointment Moates did the prep work for my crown and placed the temporary. After getting home I was experiencing severe pain still and spoke with my wife who is in the dental industry and after looking at the treatment plan and the photos, it was clear the the 'Dr' did the wrong tooth and instead of following the treatment plan and what I paid for, he did tooth #2. I called the office and explained this to which i was met with nothing but i was %100 wrong, so I waited until my next visit. Upon arrival of my 3rd visit to have my permanent crown placed, I explained to the dental assistant that the 'Dr' did the wrong tooth and she told me that 'i

Dr Moates has done 3 Implants in my upper mouth area that I needed because I have Sjogrens Syndrome and great bone loss because of this Syndrome that has affected all my teeth gradually over the years. I will soon be 65 years old. Dr Maates is so gentle that I have not felt one bit of pain while he gave me 3 new Implants. He is go good, kind, patient, and he really cares about his work and my being pleased with the final results. I highly recommend Dr Moate! 100 percent!

I went to see this dentist fully expecting to have to get a tooth out or an implant but he saved my tooth and gave me a crown looks great he also did a little filling in my front tooth I'm eternally grateful great dentist

Dr. Moates was Awesome! I had a great experience from start to finish with Dr. Moates. The office is very nice, neat and modern, and the staff is exceptional. His staff from the front office with Tami sweet and welcoming, to his assistant Angela were not only just carrying and helpful, they were also very understanding and accommodating. They found a way to fit me into his schedule even I am from a different state, and I had to fly over for impressions and a final crown. They answered every question and concern I had with patience and consideration. Dr. Moates explained everything before and after my implant. THANK YOU TEAM for being such an Amazing group of professionals and your office makes you feel like family. Highly recommend Dr. Moates to my friends and family!

Dr. Moates, his office staff, Natalie and Ashley were fantastic. I was unhappy with my previous dental office and found them through my insurance list for the area. I am SO happy to have found them. They are so helpful and knowledgeable.
