I am appalled that this practice that I spent thousands for a bridge has sent me to collections for $61 without notice of intent, and additionally when I contacted billing would not let me speak about how I had asked the office numerous times to only phone me at work because my cell phone is shut off during the day and I had asked for a reconcilliation because I couldn not understand why I still owed this. When I got upset the woman in billing just hung up on me. I told themI had an appointment this month and was planning on discussing. They said they canceled my appointment- without telling me. I am beyond upset now! REALLY. I had already sent them a referral- That shall be the one and only, I guess.

I profess to be a devout coward and I am disappointed to say that my postponing attention to routine dental care resulted in more work in my future and an immediate need for very, very, deep cleaning. As to the cleaning, from hour 1 to now hour 24, I personally still have had little to no pain. In fact, to-date, what little discomfort I encountered was the proverbial inserts in the mouth necessary for x-rays the day before the deep clean. Beyond that, I am impressed enough to say that from my initial visit for x-rays and consultation, I was surprised and appreciative for the attention to detail, in disclosures, and in their process for identifying suggested work segments. The resulting 'Treatment Plan' included estimated costs for each segment based on their disclosed metrics. I know that I have more extensive work ahead but I'm certainly more comfortable now in moving ahead with another of the four suggested work segments.

I had my normal cleaning, yearly X-rays and Dr Smith also checked me. Thank heavens everything is fine.

First time patient. Great experience. Had a routine cleaning as well as 3 crowns and a filling placed. No pain at all. Great skills very professional. Office staff fantastic too!

Dr. Smith does a fantastic job. Have had crowns, cavities, cleanings, etc. I would highly recommend her. Plus she is a very nice person.

Definitely the best dentist visit I ever had. Very thorough exam including modern equipment. I also felt like I was treated very well. This was an issue with my previous dentist.

I'm learning to trust dentists again after years of avoiding them like the plague. Best dentist I've had since dr mac when I was a little kid. Never makes me feel bad for things I cant control. I've never had a problem making a last minute emergency appt because I'm in pain. Front desk ladies are always sweet. Dental assistant ladies are always super sweet and most of them remember me when I come in and even ask about my other half who also uses them.

Has always been timely, friendly and thorough. I have been going to Comfortable Care for about 25 years and don't plan to change.

Highly recommend Dr. Kristine Smith and Jennifer(and the office staff) - they are personable, professional and explain everything that I need to know.

I highly recommend Dr. Smith because she provides care but is also skilled at explaining options and invites patient decision-making.

My husband and I have been coming here for long time. I have always had scare of dentists but they have made my fear go away and I Love my Hygienist. She is always so friendly and caring. I hope she stays for long time. Dr. Smith is very nice as well and lets know of any concerns and helps you stay on track of good oral hygiene.
