Best dentist ever!

Dr Kulesa & entire staff are the absolute best! Have been a patient since 2013. My appointment yesterday was to have 4 veneers replaced with temporary crowns. Staff was very gentle and respectful in explaining what they needed to do and made sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who wants a high level quality of dental care.

Office very professional and prompt. Staff always greets you. Communication through email and text is a bit excessive. I have great insurance and when you have to have a procedure done they are very up front with getting their money from you. My experience was they came into the room while I was in the chair and wanted to collect my portion. Seems like we could have chatted about my portion or options after my appt was finished. Made me feel like it was all about the money, which to some degree , it’s probably true. All the hygienist I’ve worked with have been great. Not a bad experience overall. Just a few areas of concern.

Doc. K! Always takes her time with you and she explains everything step by step. I really love the way she deals with patients with dental anxiety. You rock Doc. K????????

I have been a patient of Dr. Kulesa since before she opened her office in Westerville. She is incredibly freindly and takes the time to listen to my needs. I have never felt like a number with her or her staff.

Janelle was amazing! I loved meeting her for the first time. I even scheduled to be with her for my next visit. Dr. Kulesa was great at fixing my problem and so personable as she genuinely asks about my family and shows she cares as she has watched my boys grow up in the last 10 years!

I just had a checkup and cleaning. It’s amazing how Dr. Kulesa and staff provide such personal attention and expertise. The entire office staff is very friendly and eager to answer any/all questions. I highly recommend Northstar Dental.

Extraordinary

Texted office that I had arrived and received return text to come in. Door opened for me to enter and did the health screening check, Hygienist was ready and took me back to her station. Made sure I was comfortable and started cleaning my teeth. The device used to keep your mouth cope during cleaning is a little uncomfortable, but makes the process go a little faster and keeps your tongue out of the way. Discussed having my teeth cleaned more often as my insurance would cover 3 cleanings per year. Dr K reviewed my teeth and advised of a couple of things they would be watching. Check out was easy and appointments made for future visits.

I've been a patient of Dr. Kulesa's for 10 years. I decided to try lip filler and she gave me an outstanding result. She knew exactly what I'd love. Dr. K always always takes excellent care of me and my entire family of six.

Great service great people

Dr. Kulesa did the unheard of today, I had a "Complimentary" appointment. My bite had been off & bothering me for 4 months since I had been @ a different dental practice. They changed dentists without informing me, I showed up for a 5th crown & didn't have confidence in the young dentist. Was having sensitivity/pain afterwards & went back for bite adjustment & he said if I came back I would need a root canal & I didn't want him to do 1. Contacted previous dentist & 1st thing talked about was money. I went to Northstar Family Dental & they asked something no other dental practice did, what was important to me. Trust, $, comfort... Northstar took a digital x-ray of the crown & Dr. Kulesa adjusted my bite and my bite is no longer bothering me. She didn't charge me anything for the x-ray & bite adjustment! I have switched to Northstar-Dr. Christina Kulesa. I have scheduled my routine exam & cleaning & am looking forward to it, & my 2 college age kids have switched to Northstar also.
