The Dentist and Hygienic do such a great job. Office staff at one time was good. I have had several problems with the office manager and office staff. They don't answer the phone when calling to make, cancel, or reschedule an appointment. When I left several messages requesting the office staff to return my call. Just to confirm that my messages was received since office does charge a no show Fee. I never received a call back & no one left me a message acknowledging my call. I had to drive up there 3 different times just to communicate with the office staff.

I had a terrible experience here. I had a root canal done that only lasted a year. I called the office and explained my issue, and was told I would receive a call back. I have yet to receive a call back and have called multiple times and no one has answered the phone!! Save your money!!!

My experience at Cook Dental Care has been great. The staff is welcoming and professional. The wait time to be seen isn’t long. I would highly recommend this dentis office.

Dr. Cook advised me that I had a compromised porcelain cap on my tooth that would need to be replaced and that I needed to see an endodontic dentist to evaluate the tooth. Unfortunately, that was 3 years ago, I did not have the money to replace the cap. I went to a new dentist last week and lo and behold, the cap is not compromised and does not need to be replaced. It is in fact, still on the tooth and doing fine. Dr. Cook had me upset for all this time worried that the cap would fall off.

Dr. Cook and staff are excellent at customer service and patient education. They are passionate about dentistry and their caring attitude is evidenced from check in to check out.
