She made it sound like I was going to have worse problems if I did’t do several crowns. I did them. She also filled a chipped tooth that she had to redo twice. I ended up just leaving it and my new dentist filed the edges and it has been fine. She just looks for anything that could possibly be an issue and wants you to fix it immediately. I got so sick of her that I had them write in my chart that I refuse to see her. Run!

I started going to premier because my father became ill and could no longer go to our family dentist in Boca. During our time going there, she said that my father needed to have three crowns put in and then I need to three as well. The last time I was there she told me that I had a feeling that needed to be replaced and quoted me $175. When I came back the following week for the filling they told me the cost would be $1500 because it needed a crown not just a filling. At the end point, I questioned why it is changed, and nobody will give me an answer. I walked out and went back to my old family dentist in Boca. He said the tooth did not need a crown and it would cost me $200 to fix it. I let him fix it and I will gladly drive back to Boca to get a truthful diagnosis. I have called Kramer several times, asking them to send my x-rays over to male dentist and they refused to do so. I think they’re afraid that he’s going to see that none of the crowns they gave me was actually necessary

I don't trust her recommendations. She seems tough, not friendly/empathic and looks for problems that aren't there just to get more $

Aida Lupu and her blonde haired assistant were rude and rough. They made sarcastic comments throughout my most recent appointment. They made unnecessary political remarks during my previous appointment. I'm taking my business and my 8 referrals elsewhere.

No words can describe the lack or organization and poor customer service that I have received... I am appalled ar Dr. Lupu's lack of EMPATHY... not to mention getting a bill with no prior communication of what I owe, and a threat of being sent to collections... she told me today to find a new provider... I wi be going to the Better Business Bureau!!! STAY AWAY ...
