Had a procedure done and paid over $300 and it was supposed to be under $300. I ended up paying over the amount and received a refund a year and some months later smh.

ZERO stars if possible! This practice has become a corporate cash machine focused on billing rather than patient care. Despite spending thousands here, when a billing issue arose, they refused to help unless we paid out of pocket. They billed $3,092 for two procedures without requesting pre-authorization, leading to a denial by insurance. We ended up paying $2,274 for one tooth due to their negligence. A quick search shows these procedures should cost between $1,300 to $3,200 in Fort Lauderdale. This wasn’t a one-time issue; it’s part of an overpriced treatment plan. Avoid First Impressions Smile Center with Dr. Robert Quesada unless you like overpaying. STAY AWAY!

I’ve been coming to this office for over 20 years… Since before Dr. Benson retired. I am deeply saddened and disappointed by my latest experience and I will not be returning. I was charged $548 to have the dental bonding replaced on one of my front teeth. The bonding broke off the soon as I got home, and I returned the following day to have it repaired once again. It lasted two weeks and two days before It broke again. I found a new dentist to replace the bonding for $120 and it’s beautiful.

I am super impressed with the professionalism and the good energy of this dental office. Dr. Quesada and his staff go above and beyond for their patients.
