Care Philosophy: Dr Laber is a hematologist/oncologist and senior member with Moffitt Medical Group in the Satellite and Community Oncology Department practicing at Tampa General Hospital and Moffitt international Plaza. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Cleveland Clinic Health System, and was designated Chief Resident during his term at Hillcrest and Southpointe Hospitals.

Care Philosophy: Dr Kuykendall is an Assistant Member at Moffitt Cancer Center in the Department of Malignant Hematology. He earned his MD from University of Florida College of Medicine and completed an Internal Medicine residency at the University of South Florida and a subsequent Hematology and Medical Oncology fellowship at Moffitt Cancer Center/University of South Florida. He primarily focuses his clinical and research efforts on myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), MDS/MPN overlap syndromes and systemic mastocytosis (SM) where he is dedicated to developing novel, disease-modifying therapies for these rare diseases.

Care Philosophy: Dr David Sallman is an Assistant Member in the Department of Malignant Hematology at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Sallman's clinical interests are myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN). Dr Sallman earned his MD degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. He completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Massachusetts General Hospital and, most recently, a Hematology/Oncology Fellowship at Moffitt Cancer Center.
