Biography: John A. Buza, MD, MS, is an orthopedic spine surgeon at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Queens. He specializes in conditions of the spine, with a focus on minimally invasive techniques and advanced technology using computer navigation. Dr. Buza treats patients with diseases and disorders, including adult scoliosis, herniated disk, spine arthritis, cancer of the spine, sciatica, and addresses fractures, infections, injury, and pain. He received his medical degree from New York Medical College, completed his internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital.
