Prior to the consideration of surgery, he utilizes a variety of non-surgical treatments to alleviate symptoms and correct problems. If non-operative measures do not adequately help, Dr. Stanislaw will discuss the surgical options and the potential benefits and risks. Biography: Dr. Bailey Griffin specializes in foot and ankle surgery. She is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, as well as a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Texas Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Griffin is Board Certified in both Foot Surgery, as well as Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Bailey McGee Griffin, D.P.M., is a graduate from Baylor University in Waco, Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She then graduated from Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa where she obtained her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree. Dr. Griffin completed a three year residency with reconstructive rearfoot and ankle accreditation, at Kingwood Medical Center in Kingwood, Texas. She served as Chief Resident her third year of residency. Dr. Griffin specializes in diabetic foot wounds and limb salvage.
