Biography: Dr. Joshua R. Britt was born in Hattiesburg, Mississippi and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Dr. Britt attended Southeastern Louisiana University and earned an undergraduate degree in biochemistry. Dr. Britt attended Barry University's School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami, Florida. After medical school, he completed his residency training at the Florida Hospital East Orlando Podiatric Medicine and Surgery program. Dr. Britt has focused on foot pain treatment and sports medicine; partnering with running clubs to prevent and treat running related injuries. Dr. Britt specializes in trauma, sports medicine, reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, pediatric foot issues, and general foot health care. After graduating from The Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Blum received his medical degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He went on to complete a foot and ankle surgery residency at HealthSouth Larkin Hospital. A highly experienced clinician, Dr. Blum has served as a foot and ankle surgeon for over 25 years. He has published several articles on foot and ankle disorders and is widely recognized for treating numerous professional athletes from the NBA, NFL, MLB, LPGA, PGA and MMA.
