Biography: Rafay Atiq, MD joined Upper Valley Outpatient Behavioral Health Services in 2006 and is the office's medical director. He is a board certified adult psychiatrist, and he provides both inpatient and outpatient care. He achieved his medical degree in Karachi, Pakistan, and completed his residency program at the Wright State University (WSU) Boonshoft School of Medicine.
