Biography: Katelan Longfellow, MD, is a board-certified neurologist who treats patients ages 18 and older. Dr. Longfellow holds special medical interest in deep brain stimulation (DBS) for essential tremor and Parkinson?s disease. She also enjoys the evaluation and management of movement disorders, and has been trained in the use of Botox to treat hemifacial spasm and dystonia. Dr. Longfellow believes that many neurological conditions benefit from a long-term, dynamic partnership between physician and patient. Care Philosophy: Douglas Sorensen, MD, FACS, is a head and neck surgeon with advanced training in head and neck surgical oncology. He retired from a distinguished military career as a head and neck surgeon.
