Biography: Patrick A. Larreategui, DO, FACOS is a board certified, general surgeon who received his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, East Lansing, MI. He completed his general surgery residency at Botsford General Hospital, Farmington Hills, MI. He joined Miami County Surgeons in 2003. Dr. Walusimbi is board certified in Surgical Critical Care by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Walusimbi is a Professor at Boonshoft School of Medicine of Wright State University. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the American Association for the Surgery for Trauma, and the Eastern Association for Surgery for Trauma. Dr. Walusimbi specializes in Acute Care Surgery, Trauma, and Critical Care. He treats a wide spectrum of critical conditions, including complex trauma injuries, respiratory failure, general surgery emergencies, and wounds. His comprehensive approach includes traumatic wound management and surgical interventions, such as minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic abdominal surgery. Biography: Benjamin J. Bates, MD graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. He completed the Wright State University General Surgery Residency Program. Dr. Bates has a number of certifications including Advanced Surgical Skills for Exposure in Trauma, Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support. Dr. Bates is a member of the Ohio Chapter of the American College of Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, and the Christian Medical and Dental Association.
