Biography: Sameep Kadakia, MD graduated from Drexel University College of Medicine (PA). He completed residency in otolaryngology - head and neck surgery - at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai. Dr. Kadakia completed a fellowship in head and neck oncology / facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at Baylor Medical Center in Texas. Dr. Kadakia specializes in MOHS reconstruction, oral cavity malignancy, larynx and pharynx neoplasms, sinonasal tumors, skin cancer, skull base tumors and reconstruction, thyroid lesions and parathyroid surgery, surgical airway management, facial trauma and paralysis, salivary gland tumors, osteoradionecrosis, radiation, and microvascular reconstruction.

Biography: James Pan, MD is a graduate of Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, OH. He completed his general surgery residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH and went on to complete a vascular surgery fellowship at Southern Illinois University (SIU) School of Medicine in Springfield, IL. Prior to moving to Ohio to be closer to family, Dr. Pan served as an assistant professor of surgery at SIU School of Medicine. Most recently, he served as a staff vascular surgeon at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, OH, where he held the positions of Vice-Chief of Surgery and Director of Vascular Services. Additionally, he served as an Adjunct Professor of Radiology at The Ohio State University Medical Center Dr. Pan is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons and the Society of Vascular Surgery. Dr. Pan is a vascular surgeon in Dayton, specializing in treating conditions affecting blood vessels. He has a special interest in critical limb salvage focusing on minimally invasive procedures as well as open surgery when needed. He is also certified in Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber Therapy and wound care. Biography: Thomas R. Zink, DO graduated from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, OH. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, OH. He completed a shoulder and elbow fellowship at the University of Pittsburg Medical Center in Pittsburg, PA. Dr. Zink is board certified in orthopedic surgery. He is a member of several organizations including the American Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Osteopathy, National Guard Association of the United States, Ohio Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Ohio Orthopaedic Society, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Zink is a Captain in the Ohio Army National Guard. He is the team physician for Troy City Schools. He is the Upper Valley Medical Center orthopedic department chair and Upper Valley Medical Center orthopedic trauma liaison. Dr. Zink has a special interest in knee arthroscopy and replacement, and shoulder arthroscopy, anatomic, reverse, revision, and replacement surgery.
