Biography: Emilio Alonso Jr, MD FACS, is board-certified in General Surgery and holds a specialty certificate in Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery and Surgical Oncology. He is a fellowship-trained surgical oncologist with the Gastrointestinal Cancer Center at HCA Florida Osceola Hospital. He has served the central Florida and Orlando community with his surgical specialty care, always with strong emphasis in using minimally invasive options whenever possible.Dr. Alonso earned his medical degree and bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Florida in Gainesville.
