Biography: Charis Noteboom, MD is an obstetrician and gynecologist who is passionate to be part of all transitions of a woman's life. Life, along with medicine, is continually in flux. It is Dr. Noteboom's goal to advocate for her patient's by patiently listening and embracing the new advancements in medicine that are constantly being discovered. She specializes in minimally invasive surgery including both robotically and laparoscopically, as well as high-risk obstetrics. She completed her medical school training at the University of South Dakota and moved to Wichita, KS to complete her residency at the University of Kansas - Wichita Campus. Transitions in life come in many different varieties. They can come in the form of technological advances such as robotic surgery, medication advances, of even roadblocks in life. As a obstetrician and gynecologist, it is Dr. Noteboom's goal is to continually contribute to these transitions by providing effective empathetic patient care in a team approach so that we all can continue to be passionate about what life has to bring us. Outside of work, Dr. Noteboom enjoys traveling, hiking, boating and photography. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs.
