Care Philosophy: Dr. Tracey L. Waldman is a licensed clinical psychologist in New York and New Jersey. She helps individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges, focusing on improving communication and reducing anxiety. Dr. Waldman earned her doctorate from George Washington University and completed residencies at Montefiore Medical Center and Four Winds Hospital. Her specialties include marriage counseling, substance abuse, women's issues, and adolescent/young adult mental health. She has over 20 years of experience as a Clinical Director and VP of an Employee Assistance Program, offering expertise in leadership, communication, and conflict resolution. Dr. Waldman has published work on domestic violence, sexual abuse, and disability.

Biography: Dr. Garza is a double-boarded general adult and consultation-liaison psychiatrist at the Columbia Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, where she collaborates with her medical and surgical colleagues in caring for patients with comorbid medical and psychiatric illnesses and supervises medical students, residents, and fellows performing inpatient psychiatric consultations on patients on the medical and surgical floors. In addition, Dr. Garza maintains a small outpatient psychotherapy practice through the Columbia Faculty Practice Organization. She has a particular interest in incorporating psychotherapy and integative techniques such as hypnosis and bright light therapy into her patients' treatment.
