Care Philosophy: Robert Gallinaro, MD is a board certified general surgeon with over two decades of experience providing general surgery care. He utilizes the latest techniques and procedures including minimally invasive approaches. He specializes in breast cancer and breast surgery, gastroesophageal reflux, and inguinal hernia surgery. In addition Dr. Gallinaro provides colorectal surgery, dialysis access, intestinal surgery, and parathyroid surgery. His philosophy is listening to his patients and providing a personalized health care plan. In his spare time he enjoys farming, fishing, golfing and hunting.

Biography: Dr. Feibelman was born in Mississippi and received his MD from Ole Miss. He spent time in residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine and has called Florida home ever since.Triple board certified in Pulmonary, Internal and Critical Care Medicine, Dr. Feibelman has garnered vast arsenal of clinical experience, and is thrilled to bring his expertise to the Palatka Medical Community.In his spare time he enjoys walking, fishing, reading when he has time, and, of course, walking his dogs.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Kevin Hoddinott, MD is a fellowship trained surgeon that specializes in minimally invasive approaches to bariatric, general and vascular procedures. He uses DaVinci&reg robotic techniques when possible and he believes in providing personalized compassionate care to his patients. Dr. Hoddinott is here to help you improve your health and quality of life. He leads a patient-centered program that emphasizes education, diet, nutrition, exercise and lifestyle changes.
