Biography: Dr. Clark was born and raised in Tampa and is the fourth generation of his family to reside here. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He is an avid fisherman and enjoys fishing both in Tampa Bay and the Gulf.

Care Philosophy: Dr Chan received her MD degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine, Phoenix. She completed an Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson, followed by a Hematology/Oncology Fellowship at Moffitt Cancer Center/University of South Florida. Dr Chan's clinical interests include myeloid malignancies, specifically myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Her research interests include clinical trials and outcome studies inspired by molecular targets that focus on myeloid neoplasms.

Care Philosophy: Dr Celeste Bello isa double board-certified hematologist and medical oncologist, and a senior member in the Malignant Hematology program at Moffitt Cancer Center. She joined the faculty at Moffitt Cancer Center in 2008 after completing her fellowship at the University of South Florida. Dr Bello has developed special expertise in managing patients with Hodgkin's and non-Hodgkin's lymphomas, a special category within the broader group of hematologic (blood) malignancies. Examples of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas include follicular lymphoma, marginal zone lymphoma, small lymphocytic lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and mantle cell lymphoma.

Care Philosophy: Dr G Douglas Letson is executive vice president of clinical affairs and physician-in-chief at Moffitt Cancer Center, as well as prior chair of the Sarcoma Department. In addition, he is a professor of surgery, radiology and orthopaedics at the University of South Florida. As an orthopaedic oncology surgeon, Dr Letson's research and clinical interests include: novel therapeutic agents to treat sarcoma limb salvage for bone and soft tissue tumors as well as segmental prosthesis, new hinge designs and soft tissue attachment for metallic prosthesis. Dr Letson has a keen interest in new techniques and design of instrumentation for minimal invasive reconstructive surgery.

Care Philosophy: Dr Sondak is Chair of the Department of Cutaneous Oncology at the H Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute in Tampa, Florida. He holds the Richard M Schulze Family Foundation Distinguished Endowed Chair in Cutaneous Oncology, and is also a Professor in the Departments of Oncologic Sciences and Surgery at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. Since 2004, when he came to Tampa, the Cutaneous Oncology Clinic at Moffitt has grown into one of the largest multidisciplinary treatment centers for pediatric melanoma and related conditions in the world.

Care Philosophy: Dr Caudell joined the Moffitt Faculty in October 2011 as Assistant Member in the Head and Neck program, Radiation Oncology specializing in the treatment of head and neck cancers. Dr Caudell's clinical interests include treatment of head and neck cancer and cutaneous malignancies with radioth???erapy. Research interests include prediction of radiation sensitivity, evaluation of novel radiosensitizers and radioprotectants, as well as the use of technology to improve radiation delivery for head and neck cancer. Dr Caudell is currently co-PI on the national NRG HN-002 prospective clinical trial testing methods to reduce toxicity for patients with low risk oropharyngeal HPV positive H&N cancer.

Biography: Dr. Ji Fan is an Assistant Member in the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr. Fan received his MD degree from Hubei Medical University, China. In addition, he also received his MBA at the Miami Herbert Business School. He then completed a Transplant Surgery Fellowship at the University of Miami, Florida (2009-2012). From 2012- 2018, Dr. Fan was an Assistant Professor and Liver/GI Transplant Surgeon at the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital. The Miami Transplant Institute is one of the largest and busiest in the world. Dr. Fan then completed a General Surgery Residency at HCA/University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine (2018-2023). Dr. Fan's clinical interest is the general surgery care of cancer patients using minimally invasive and robotic techniques, as well as palliative surgery for terminal cancer patients to improve their quality of life. He has over 100 peer reviewed publications with extensive research experience. His current research interests include evaluating factors that affect surgical outcomes and the economic impact of surgical procedures on patients and healthcare systems. He has been a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons since 2014 and has been involved nationally in many surgical professional societies.

Care Philosophy: Dr Matthew Perez is as an Assistant Member in the Department of Cutaneous Oncology. Dr Perez received his MD degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. He completed a General Surgery Residency at Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia, where he also served as Chief Resident. During his residency, he completed a Research Fellowship in the Department of Cutaneous Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr Perez most recently completed a Complex General Surgical Oncology Fellowship at Moffitt Cancer Center and the University of South Florida.
