Many urologic conditions do not have a single means of treatment or management, so incorporating patient goals and values is critical to creating a strong doctor-patient relationship and optimizing outcomes.

Biography: Jerry was born in Ogden, Utah. He finished his premedical education at Weber State College. He attended medical school at the University of Utah, graduating in 1977, and completed his internship and residency in pediatrics at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. In 1980 he joined Dr. Jordan Klein (our now retired founding doctor) in practice at Partners in Pediatrics. He is married and has three married children and two grandchildren. He enjoys sports (especially triathlons), wood-working and gardening. His areas of special interest are integrated medicine and behavior management.

Biography: Dr. Schwebach was voted 2023's FAMILY FAVORITE OB/GYN DOCTOR by the readers of Colorado Parent Magazine!Dr. Lisa Schwebach is a native of South Dakota. She attended South Dakota State University for her undergraduate degree and received her medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine. She completed her ObGyn Residency at Exempla St. Joseph Hospital in 2007. After practicing for six years with Kaiser Permanente, she joined Midtown Obstetrics & Gynecology in 2013. Dr. Schwebach is board certified in ObGyn. She is married and has three young sons.
