Care Philosophy: Dr. Patel does not believe in a one-size fits all approach to orthopedics. He believes everyone has a different goal, and he hones in on what is important to each patient in their recovery journey. He takes the time to listen to his patients, understand what they hope to achieve and then tailors a treatment plan to that whether they need surgery or not.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Mann's treatment philosophy is "to educate the patient, help them understand their problem, and equip them to manage their injury." Dr. Mann states, "Sometimes this requires surgery and/or the aid of a skilled physical therapist."

Care Philosophy: I strive to understand what drives each and every one of my patients. Every person is an individual and I believe each patient's care should be personalized for their needs and desires. I take pride in tackling all upper extremity problems from the simple to complex and working alongside my patients every step of the journey. I look forward to being the leader of my patient's healthcare team to get them back to a pain free, high-functioning lifestyle.

Care Philosophy: My father, who was an ophthalmologist in Texas, taught me at an early age to always treat others better than yourself and always do the right thing regardless of situation, payer or problem. It was instilled in me to be the best and cutting edge. I bring that to my practiceno matter the obstacles, my patients and I work together to create the best treatment plans that help get them back to the activities they love.

Biography: Dr. Ryan Carr is a board-certified and fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in disorders of the shoulder, hip, and knee. Procedures he performs includes joint replacement, advanced arthroscopic reconstruction surgery, and fracture management. Dr. Carr received his medical degree from Chicago Medical School and completed his surgical residency in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at University of Illinois. Prior to practicing in Denver, he was team physician for both professional and high school sports teams. In 2014, Dr. Carr was awarded the Vernon L. Nickel Research Award from the Orthopedic Research Association. When he is not in the office he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and spending time with his wife and great dane.

Care Philosophy: My responsibility to my patients is to communicate effectively and thoroughly the diagnosis and subsequent options for treatment. I'm privileged to be able to gain a persons' trust to treat their illness and assist them in improving their quality of life. With my extensive experience and education, I am able to perform various forms of treatment focusing on nonsurgical methods.
