Care Philosophy: Tolulope Tolu Sodimu PA is a Maryland native now based in the Houston area She received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies MPAS from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2020 and received her Master of Public Health MPH degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore in 2015 She obtained a Bachelor of Science BS degree in Biology from University of Maryland Baltimore County UMBC in 2010 She has an interest in chronic disease management and serving underserved communities Through her public health experiences she has garnered experience working with patients on health risk reduction as well as health education Her passion for health care and equality as well as her interests in community health led her to pursue a career in medicine Tolulope finds the most rewarding part of being a healthcare provider is being apart of her patients health journey and helping them not only understand their health but also work actively to better it Outside of the office Tolulope is learning Spanish and she loves to travel
